Exchange Server 2010 is the next major version of Exchange. It has been redesigned to enhance the information worker experience as well as making administration easier. Key new features include email archiving, more powerful retention policies, automated rights management email protection, easier inbox navigation, enhanced voice mail capabilities and calendar sharing capabilities with people outside your organization for better collaboration. It also includes a single platform for high availability and disaster recovery, role-based administration and user self-service. Finally, it has been built to either be run on premise or in a hosted environment. This Exchange Server 2010 Ignite content (3 days – 300 level) includes VM images, lab documents, slide modules, and additional supporting documents on this new release.

Notes:
Extract to a temp folder (21gbs) .... and run "E14 Installer.exe" in the E2010_VirtualMachines and let it work its magic. Seems you need Vista+ to run the later part of the installer.
